3.2 Each individual may hold only one basamt account. The operation of duplicate, linked, or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
3.3 During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
3.4 basamt reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided during registration, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (CNIC or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
4.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the basamt platform. This age requirement is strictly enforced. Individuals under the age of 21 are prohibited from accessing basamt under any circumstances.
4.2 basamt will conduct age verification during the registration process. basamt reserves the right to suspend an account and withhold any funds pending verification of age at any stage of the account lifecycle.
4.3 Where basamt reasonably believes a member is underage, the account will be immediately suspended. Where underage use is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and all deposits returned to the original payment source. Any winnings accumulated during underage use will be forfeited.
4.4 You must not be a resident of, or accessing basamt from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of basamt is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4.5 You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or account ban on any gaming platform when registering with basamt.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your basamt account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
5.2 You must notify basamt immediately at [email protected] if you become aware or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your basamt account.
5.3 basamt strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for your account. This feature is available in account security settings after basamt Login.
5.4 basamt will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials or failed to notify basamt of suspected unauthorised access in a timely manner.
5.5 basamt uses 256-bit TLS encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the basamt platform. However, you are responsible for ensuring that the device and network you use to access basamt are secure.
6.1 All deposits and transactions on basamt are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. basamt does not charge members a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may apply their own transaction charges.
6.2 Accepted deposit methods include: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL online banking, UBL online banking, Meezan Bank online banking, and standard interbank transfer.
6.3 Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will result in the deposit being reversed and the associated funds withheld pending investigation.
6.4 basamt reserves the right to apply additional verification procedures for large deposits. Verification requirements will be communicated to the member via the registered email address or live chat.
6.5 basamt is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer networks.
7.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. basamt does not process withdrawals to a different payment source unless the original source is no longer available, in which case additional verification will be required.
7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount for verified accounts in good standing; however, basamt may implement staged processing for large withdrawal requests.
7.3 All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. basamt may request documentation including CNIC, proof of address, and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days of request will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
7.4 Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion terms before they may be withdrawn. Real money funds are not subject to wagering requirements.
7.5 basamt aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on interbank processing times.

8.3 basamt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practically possible.
8.4 The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom:

9.1 All bets placed on basamt are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. Game rules are published within each game interface or betting market page. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing any wager.
9.2 All bets are final once confirmed. basamt does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where basamt determines at its sole discretion that a manifest error has occurred.
9.3 basamt reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were the result of a manifest error, including obvious pricing mistakes and system errors. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your basamt wallet.
9.4 In-play and live betting markets — including PSL live cricket betting — are subject to suspension and re-pricing at any time based on real-time match events. basamt is not liable for bets placed on stale odds during live betting.
9.5 All casino games on basamt, including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, and Ludo Quick, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the basamt platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

14.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, basamt's total aggregate liability to any member for any cause whatsoever shall be limited to the total real money funds held in the member's basamt wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.
14.3 basamt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the basamt platform.
14.4 basamt is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, power failures, acts of government, or natural disasters.
15.1 basamt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, basamt will provide reasonable notice via the registered email address associated with your account or via a prominent notice on the basamt platform.
15.2 Continued use of the basamt platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using basamt and may request withdrawal of your real money funds balance.

16.1 You may close your basamt account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Upon account closure, any verified real money balance will be returned to your nominated PKR payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
16.2 basamt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without notice, where basamt reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage access, or any other conduct that is harmful to basamt or other members.
16.3 Upon account termination for cause, basamt may withhold any funds pending investigation. Where fraudulent activity is confirmed, all funds — including deposited funds and winnings — may be forfeited and reported to relevant authorities.
17.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which basamt holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection law.
17.2 In the event of a dispute relating to any game outcome, bonus decision, account status, or payment, you should first contact basamt support via live chat or at [email protected]. basamt will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
